When we set up the company we wanted to build a business that allowed our consultants an opportunity to focus on quality recruitment not to be measured by making an excessively high number of calls they made or how many hours they spent in the office. We hire experienced recruiters across each of our disciplines and give them the tools, support, resources and freedom to do what they do best.

HOW WE WORK

We share our knowledge, data, experience and network so you become part of the Exec Recruit Group organisation.
You will be given all of the tools that you need to set up from home inc; Laptop, networked VOIP phone, comprehensive advertising, a bullhorn database with over 20,000 candidate records all with CV and fully coded.
You will be supported by a complete full back office function at the groups’ head office, as well as an established, highly ranked & fully optimised web site with market leading insight and analytic tools that will drive traffic / clients and candidates to you.

All of this combined with your own contacts, network and experience means that you can build a successful, lucrative recruitment business, whilst maintaining complete control over your working day. You will no longer be shackled with the stress of daily commutes, office bureaucracy, pointless management meetings or irrelevant KPI’s.

As part of the Exec Recruit Group you have the structure, support, tools and benefits synonymous with a large agency, but none of the politics and non-value add duties to perform that amount to more than 50% of a standard recruitment day.
